Adult Kickboxing

Da, Ti, Shuai (punch, kick, throw) are the principles of our kickboxing program. At SSW you will learn the fast hand and foot combinations of the Dutch style of kickboxing and the throwing techniques of the Chinese style (sanshou/sanda) of kickboxing. With a strong emphasis on fundamentals, you will get a killer workout while learning how to hit like a pro. This is not your average fitness class, you will learn real skills that will work in the ring or on “the street”.
